NWDA RSS Feeds
NWDA RSS feeds currently available:
What is RSS?
Using RSS you can have the latest news and features delivered
directly to you, rather than clicking from site to site. RSS stands
for 'Really Simple Syndication'. It allows you to select content
you like on a site and have it delivered to you electronically. It
takes away the hassle of going to all your favourite sites just to
keep up-to-date.
Not all websites currently provide RSS, but the NWDA offers this
innovative service to the public.
How do I start using RSS feeds?
The first thing you need is something called a news reader.
There are many different versions, some of which are part of your
browser (e.g Internet Explorer 7, Firefox) some are online services
accessed via your browser, and some are downloadable
applications. Many modern mobile phones also feature an RSS
reader. All allow you to display and subscribe to any RSS feeds you
want.
Once you have a news reader all that is left is to select the
RSS Feeds you'd like from the list above.
