The NWDA takes complaints very seriously.  We are committed to dealing with any complaints promptly and learning from them in order to avoid similar occurrences happening again.

Any appeals relating to a complaint about the Chief Executive should be directed to Bryan Gray, Chairman of the NWDA at the above address .

All complaints will be acknowledged and a full response will be made within 28 working days.
